At XCROWDX, we believe in thoughtful, quality-made products. To reduce waste and ensure every item is made just for you, our products are created on demand once your order is placed.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–7 business days. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped via trusted delivery partners, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the type and quantity of items in your order. We aim to keep shipping affordable and transparent.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 7 days of placing your order, feel free to contact us.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement if needed.
